Order confirmation
By confirming your order with Glow by Amari, you acknowledge that you have reviewed your order details and agree to these Terms & Conditions. All items are guaranteed authentic. Please note that due to hygiene reasons, products are non-refundable or exchangeable once opened.
Returns, exchanges & refunds
At Glow by Amari, your satisfaction is paramount. However, due to hygiene and safety considerations, we cannot accept returns or refunds on skincare, beauty, and personal care items once they have been opened or used.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos or videos of the received item. We will assess your request and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or store credit. Exchanges are only accepted for incorrect or faulty items, provided the product remains unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Contact us via email or Messenger within 48 hours of receiving your order to request an exchange.
Shipping & returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective product). Retain your tracking number until we confirm receipt of the returned item. By proceeding with your purchase, you accept Glow by Amari’s return, shipping, and privacy policies.
